基于Web Service的摩托车发动机生产换线系统设计与实现

             

摘要

An appropriate production changeline strategy is the key to improve the flexibility of the motorcycle engine production unit.In order to satisfy the changeline system demand for the production unit,a motorcycle engine production changeline system based on Web Service was designed in this paper.Firstly,the principle of the Web Service based motorcycle engine production changeline system was put forward and discussed.Secondly,the structure of the changeline system was designed,and then its the key realization technologies was given.Finally,in a case of a motorcycle engine production unit,the realization details of reasoning and explanation mechanism,procedural packaging,network application mode,and an operation instances of the changeline system were described specifically.The case study demonstrates the feasibility and applicability of the line change system.%合理进行生产换线是提高摩托车发动机生产单元制造柔性的关键。从生产单元对换线系统的需求出发,设计了基于Web Service的摩托车发动机生产换线系统。首先提出了基于Web Service的摩托车发动机生产换线系统的工作原理。其次,对换线系统进行设计,给出了关键技术的实现方案。最后以某摩托车发动机生产单元为例,具体描述了生产换线系统推理机的实现、解释机制的实现、程序封装以及网络化应用模式等关键技术以及运行实例。实例结果证明,所建立的换线系统能有效利用换线专家知识实现合理换线。
