二控三型晶闸管投切电容器的投切策略研究

         

摘要

介绍了二控三型晶闸管投切电容器的基本原理和投切要求,为了减小投切时的涌流和过电压,对二控三型触发电路的特点和投切过程进行了研究,分析了投切过程中晶闸管和电容的电压波形,对各种情况下关断晶闸管后的电压值进行了比照,并对再次投入的方式进行了选择,最后给出了可靠的投-切-投方案.结果表明,所提出的投切方案达到理想的效果.%It describes the basic principles and switching requirements of the two control three types of thyristor switched capacitor.In order to reduce inrush current and over-voltage caused by switching,the characteristics and the switching process of two control three types of trigger circuits were analyzed.Thyristor and the capacitor voltage waveform in the process of switching was analyzed.After the turn-off thyristor in various circumstances,a series of voltage values were compared,and the order of reclosing was selected.Finally,we got a reliable solution of switched capacitors.The results showed that the proposed switching solution has achieved the desired effect.
