基于C8051F120单片机的混合式步进电机驱动系统设计

             

摘要

高精度、低振动的步进电机控制是经纬仪精确自动调平的关键.针对一般混合式步进电机控制分立器件多、电路复杂,本文提出了使用单片机C8051F120为核心的步进电机控制方案.利用C8051F120单片机的高集成度和高运行速度,根据经纬仪自动调平系统要求,阐述基于C8051F120单片机的斩波恒流细分驱动技术,重点讨论了硬件电路实现方法,给出硬件功能框图及软件设计思想,设计的电机驱动电路能够简化硬件结构,提高调平精度和电机运行稳定性.%The stepping motor control with high precision and low vibration is the key of the precise and automatic theodolite leveling.For general hybrid steppng motor contol with many discrete circuit components and complicated,this paper puts forward the stepper motor control scheme using the chip microcomputer C8051F120 as the control core.The C8051F120 SCM with high integration and high operation speed was used,according to the automatic leveling system requirements of the theodolite,the chopper constant current subdivided driver technology was set forth based on the C8051F 120 SCM,and the implementation method of the hardware circuit was discussed,the hardware function diagramand and software design idea were given,the designed motor driver circuit can simplify the hardware structure and improve the leveling precision and motor operation stability.
