Fourier Transform Infrared imaging is a well-established analytical method of obtaining spectral and spatial information simultaneously in the micron-size domain.The technique has been applied across many different application areas.Due to the spatial resolution performance as same as the synchrotron based system,the FTIR imaging plays an important role in biomedical field,especially in tissue section analysis,cancer diagnosis and living cell research.%傅里叶变换红外成像是一项可同时获得微米级范围的光谱和空间信息的分析方法,目前被广泛用于多种不同的领域.在生物医学领域,由于红外成像拥有可与同步加速器系统相媲美的空间分辨率,在生物组织切片分析、癌症诊断以及活体细胞研究中发挥了越来越重要的作用.
