浅谈环境监测实验室作业指导书的编写与管理

摘要

Work Instructions (WI) are basicelements of environmental monitoring laboratory. They determinewhether the Labs can normally, orderly and accurately carry on the environmental monitoring works. The writing and management level reflects the quality management level of the laboratory. To do a good job of writing and managing work instruction, it is necessary to grasp the good time to write, unify format, define content,and regulate authorization, controlled release, validity check, revision, changing edition, and cancelation, etc. In view of the present environmental monitoring laboratory, the common writing and managing problems can be improved by strengtheningpersonnel training, implementation of electronic file management, and setting up a file validity checking system.%作业指导书是环境监测实验室是否能正常、有序、准确地开展监测作业的基础,其编写与管理水平反映了实验室的质量管理能力.做好作业指导书的编写和管理工作,必须把握好编写时机,统一格式,明确内容,规范审核批准、受控发放、有效性检查、修订、换版、作废等重要环节.针对目前环境监测实验室作业指导书编写管理中出现的普遍问题,可以采取加强人员培训,推行文件电子化管理,建立文件有效性检查制度等措施加以改进.
