电子校准件性能验证及自动化测试研究

At present, in order to reduce connections repeatability and stability, electronic calibration mod-ule is more and more frequently used in the calibra-tion of Network Analyzer. The article introduces elec-tronic calibration module, the method to verify its per-formance, and how to do the test with VBA program in Excel.%对网络分析仪进行自校准时，越来越多地使用电子校准件。简要介绍了电子校准件，给出了如何验证电子校准件性能，并给出了如何在Excel中利用VBA进行自动编程的实例。
