金陶公司所属矿山井下动态通风系统优化

         

摘要

The problems are existed in the most of the underground ventilation systems of the old metal and non-metallic mines in our country.Due to the the shallow mining depth of the mines of Jintao company,the underground ventilation systems of the mines are relative simple,but with the increasing of the mining depth,and the expansion of prospecting scope,the underground ventilation problems of the mines are becoming more and more prominent.At present,the miens of Jintao company is in the period of multi-level,wide range of prospecting and mining,the original underground ventilation of partition not in-dependent multi-stage station of the mines of Jintao company can not meet the requirements of the mine production.According to the wind types of the different working faces,the new underground ventilation method with the characteristics of the main fan parallel distribution,dynamic open,the single main fan variable frequency operation.The underground working teams and times are adjusted based on the differ-ence between the peak valley electricity price and flat electricity price,the frequency conversion ventila-tion pattern is proposed,that is to say,when the electricity price is in the valley value level,the main fan is in the normal operation state,when the electricity price is in the flat price level and peak price level, the main fan is conducted frequency conversion to reduce the power costs of underground ventilation sys-tem.The research results in the paper can provide preference for the similar mines.%我国金属、非金属老矿山井下通风系统普遍存在诸多问题,金陶公司所属矿山由于早期开采深度浅,通风系统相对简单,但随着开采深度的增加,探矿范围的扩展,井下通风问题越来越突出。目前,金陶公司所属矿山正处于多中段、大范围探矿、采矿期间,前期成熟的分区不独立多级机站通风系统已无法满足生产需要。为此,按照作业面需风类型,提出了主扇并联、动态开启、单一主扇变频运转的新型通风思路,根据电价峰谷、平值的价格差,调整合理的作业班次,采取主扇变频通风方式,即在电价谷值时主扇正常运转,电价平值、峰值时主扇变频,从而达到节约矿井通风动力费用的目的。该通风思路对于类似矿山有一定的参考价值。
