The method involves combining person identification data associated to a person and purchase process data during a purchase process, and transmitting the person identification data and the purchase process data to a switching center (VM). The person identification data and the purchase process data are stored and managed in a data processing system and are transmitted from the switching center to pension offerer e.g. legal pension agency (RA4), for saving of pension claim based on the purchase process data. The pension claim is computed as a proportional portion of a purchase price. An independent claim is also included for a device for performing a method for securing a personal pension plan of a person with a point offerer.
