压水试验在大贾庄铁矿地面预注浆工程中的应用

摘要

压水试验是一种常用的水文地质试验方法，正式注浆前的打压试验可检查注浆管路的密封性、耐压性；注浆前的压水试验不仅可检查止浆塞的密封效果，还可为注浆工程中注浆压力、浆液类型、注浆时间等参数的确定提供依据，注浆后的压水试验可避免注浆管路被浆液结实体堵塞；检验性压水试验可检查注浆效果，并确定是否需要复注等。分别从正式注浆前的打压试验、注浆过程中注浆前后的压水试验、注浆完毕后的检验性压水试验等3个方面，详细分析了压水试验在大贾庄铁矿地面预注浆工程中的应用成果，为类似矿山工程提供参考。%Water pressure test is a common hydrogeological test method,the impermeability and du-rability of grouting pipes can be checked by the pressure test before the formal grouting;the water pressure test before the formal grouting can check the sealing effect of the grouting plugs,but also can provide ref-erence for the determination of the grouting parameters of grouting pressure,grouting types and grouting time,the pipes can be avoided to be blocked by serous junction entities by the water pressure test after grouting;the grouting effects can be checked effectively and the repetitive grouting can be determined by the inspectability water pressure test.The application results of the water pressure tests of the ground pre-grouting engineering in Dajiazhuang iron mine are is analyzed from the aspects of the pressure test before the formal grouting,the water pressure tests before or after grouting during the grouting process and the in-spectability water pressure test after grouting to provide some reference for the similar mine engineering.
