多段式高效陶瓷玻璃原料除铁机的研制

Multiple stage magnetic separation process was used to remove the iron minerals in non-metallic ore in industry,which will not only increase area for equipment layout multiply,the cost of e-quipment,pipeline configuration,but also increase the complexity of process and decrease the stability of the system.High Efficient Glass-ceramic Raw Material Iron-removal Separator developed by Guangzhou Yueyouyan Mineral Resources Technology Co.,Ltd.has advantages of high magnetic separation efficien-cy,good separation index,little land occupy,low energy consumption and cost,process simplicity.The beneficiation index was better than the conventional magnetic separator,provide basis for next step indus-try application.%针对工业上采用多段强磁选工艺脱除非金属矿中的铁矿物，不仅会成倍增大设备布置场地、设备投资及其配套系统，还会增大工艺流程的复杂性、降低系统的稳定性。广州粤有研矿物资源科技有限公司研发的多段式高效陶瓷玻璃原料除铁机，具有磁选效率高、选别效果好、占地面积小，能耗和成本低、工艺流程简单等优点，对比试验效果明显优于常规型磁选机的选别效果，为下一步工业应用奠定了基础。
