Objective::To explore the effect of digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy and the main points of nursing for the patients with gastric ulcer bleeding.Methods:From February 2016 to February 2018, 70 cases of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding in the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and combination group, 35 cases in each, the control group were treated with quadruple therapy, combined group on the basis of the control group and the treatment of gastrointestinal endoscopy, and two patients were treated with the same nursing measures. The treatment effect, rebleeding rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment group was 97.14％, the total effective rate of control group was significantly higher than that (80％) (P=0.0001); a group of patients with rebleeding rate was 5.71％, significantly lower than the control group (20％) (P=0.0025), combined group the incidence of adverse reaction was 5.71％, 22.86％ in the control group (P=0.0005), there was statistical significant difference.Conclusion:The digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy in treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding in patients with definite treatment effect, can effectively reduce the incidence of rebleeding rate, combined with effective nursing measures, can effectively reduce the adverse reactions during the treatment, improve the curative effect, should be widely used in clinic.%目的:探究胃溃疡出血患者应用消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗的效果及护理要点.方法:选取2016年2月-2018年2月在我院消化内科进行治疗的胃溃疡出血患者70例,按随机数字法分为对照组和联合组,各35例,对照组患者予四联疗法,联合组在对照组基础上与消化内镜治疗,同时两组患者均予以相同的护理措施,对比分析两组患者治疗效果、再出血发生率及不良反应发生率.结果:联合组治疗有效率达97.14％,显著高于对照组总有效率(80.00％)(P=0.0001);联合组患者发生再出血率为5.71％,显著低于对照组(20.00％)(P=0.0025),联合组不良反应发生率为5.71％,对照组为22.86％(P=0.0005),差异有统计学意义.结论:采用消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡出血患者的治疗效果确切,可有效减少患者发生再出血几率,同时辅以有效的护理措施,可有效减少患者治疗过程中的不良反应,进一步提高治疗效果,应在临床中广泛运用.
