The quality of spare parts in conveyer equipment directly influences the overall performance of main machine. To inspect and monitor the technical state of conveyer product in running, judging his running if normal, predicting his tendency changing disorder, taking control and precaution measures before malfunction can reduce malfunction shutdown time and loss, so elevate efficient use rate of equipment, decrease maintain fee and production cost.%传动设备中的零件质量直接影响到设备主机总体的性能，对运行中的传动产品技术状态进行检查监测，判断其运转是否正常，预测其劣化的趋势，在故障发生前采取针对性措施进行控制和防止，减少故障停机时间与因停机而造成的损失，可大大降低维修费用及生产成本，提高设备有效利用率。
