基于ANSYS WORKBENCH数控铣床床身的静模态分析

         

摘要

Absreact: Quality of a certain type of powerful cutting ordinary milling machine parts and machine assembly quality meet the design requirements and technical requirements , the machine static precision inspection , but in the process of specimen cutting , vibration phenomenon appears . To investigate machine tool vibration knife problems , ANSYS WORKBENCH structure statics analysis and modal analysis are conducted . The article covers the analysis process of the lathe bed , get of lathe bed under the working condition of the maximum stress and natural frequency , maximum amplitude , vibration mode, such as data, to determine whether the design of the lathe bed is reasonable .%某型强力切削普通铣床的零部件质量和整机装配质量均满足设计要求和工艺要求,整机静态精度检验合格,但在试件切削过程中,出现振刀现象。为了查明机床振刀问题,利用 ANSYS WORKBENCH 进行结构静力学分析和模态分析。文章主要讲解床身的分析过程,获取床身在最大受力工况下的形变量和固有频率、最大振幅、振型等数据,用以判断床身的设计是否合理。
