Welding is a kind of very important machinery manufacturing processing technology . According to statistics in industrial developed countries , steel used in the manufacture of welded structure steel production accounted for about 70% each year . This paper introduces a set of welding machine automatic control system based on programmable controller , which can satisfy the requirements of the steel pipe processing in the market .%焊接是机械制造中一种十分重要的加工工艺。据工业发达国家统计，每年用于制造焊接结构的钢材占钢总产量的70%左右。本文介绍了一套基于可编程序控制器的焊机自动控制系统，能够满足市场上钢管加工的技术要求。
