卸料车斜梁结构有限元分析

摘要

As a relatively independent structure in stacker machine , discharging car has no drive device and is towed by stacker , but its structure performance directly affects the comprehensive performance of stack-reclaimer . The oblique beam is an important loading part among the components of discharging car . Therefore , in this paper , the oblique beam is studied , in order to provide the basis for the structure of the discharging car's overall improvement .%卸料车在堆料机中属于相对独立的一个机构，本身无驱动装置，由堆料机牵引其行走，但其结构性能直接影响堆取料机的综合性能。在组成卸料车的结构件中斜梁结构部分是重要的承载部件。因此，本文对卸料车的斜梁结构进行研究，以便为卸料车整体的结构改进提供依据。
