滚轮移动式铸铁机改滚轮固定式铸铁机设计改造

摘要

介绍了石横特钢 2# 滚轮移动式铸铁机,形式较为落后,故障率较高,严重影响正常生产.为了彻底解决以上隐患,降低故障率,将该铸铁机改造为结构形式更优良的滚轮固定式铸铁机.%This paper introduces Shiheng special steel 2# roller movable cast iron machine which , with relatively backward form high failure rate , seriously affects the normal production . In order to solve the above problems , to reduce the failure rate , this cast iron machine was replaced by a well performed roller fixed cast iron machine .
