汽车发动机摇臂体数控加工工艺及夹具设计

摘要

Rocking arm body of automobile engine valve exhaust is used to open the engine valve timely to fit the cam shaft, finish air in and out of engine, is the center component of engine. So the quality of rocking arm body affects property of engine directly. To meet high quali-ty, high machining request, special tooling is designed to solve problems of traditional long process technique and low production efficiency.%汽车发动机排气门摇臂体是配合凸轮轴适时的打开门，完成发动机的进气和排气，是汽车发动机中核心部件。因此摇臂体的质量直接影响发动机的性能。为了满足高质、高效加工要求，设计专用工装解决传统加工工艺存在的工艺路线长、生产效率底下等问题。
