智能控制在集输加药系统中的应用

This paper presents oil gathering intelligent dosing data monitoring system.%原油集输系统是油田各区域单井的油气进入联合站前进行油气初步处理的地方，属于生产环节中较为重要的部分。其油气处理过程中的各项参数是否科学，运营费用是否合理，对总的生产成本有着重要影响。目前，国内油田集输加药工作基本都由人工给计量泵设置固定值来完成，加药量只能笼统根据经验判断，无法动态跟踪原油流量，一些重要参数也无法进行实时监控。为改造目前加药精度无法控制，技术参数无法监控的落后作业方式，本文提出了原油集输智能加药数据监控系统。
