采用有限元分析的结构疲劳计算

         

摘要

By analyses the mechanical structure fatigue,and CAE technology,locomotive bogie is designed to ensure its quality and reliability and to optimize its structure.With the widely application of finite element analysis and structural optimization,the period of production becomes shorter,the cost of product manufacture is reduced,but the quality and reliability of the product is improved,so the finite element analysis is playing an important role in the fast developing world in economic and technology.%通过对机械结构疲劳分析的一般方法,结合目前工程技术领域广泛应用的有限元分析技术,以机车构架为载体进行结构的疲劳分析,并对设计的结构进行相应的改进,缩短了设计周期,减少了实验次数及成本,提高了设计产品的可靠性.
