For tooth profile features of different types of hob,the modeling method of the tooth profile of hob is discussed and its envelope equation is derived based on principle of hobbing.The gear hobbing simulation program is designed and compiled using VB programming technology and secondary development technology of AutoCAD.Through an application example, the operation process of gear hobbing simulation program is illustrated and the simulation result is compared with tooth parameters provided by SU to verify the correctness of the program.%针对不同类璎滚刀的齿形特点,探讨了滚刀齿形的建模方法,并基于滚齿.加工原理实现了滚刀齿形包络线方程的推导.结合VB编程技术和AutoCAD二次开发技术对滚齿加工仿真程序进行设计和编制.通过一个应用实例介绍滚齿加工仿真程序的运行流程,并将仿真结果与意大利SU公司提供的齿形参数进行对比分析,验证了程序的正确性.
