协作制造网络伙伴选择组合模型与算法研究

摘要

To response the market demand, quick selection and allocation of resources, the three-step model of partner selection and the model of optimize combination is constructed. To solve the premature convergence of genetic algorithm and the longsearch problem of simulated annealing algorithm, an improved genetic simulated annealing algorithm with neighbor function based on self-optimization of scale parameter is proposed,and the effectiveness and efficiency of the algorithm is demonstrated in Delphi 7.0.%为满足快速响应市场需求、快速选择和配置资源,提出了三阶段协作制造网络伙伴选择组合优化模型;针对遗传算法早熟收敛和模拟退火算法搜索冗长问题,提出了基于邻域函数的尺度参数自寻优的改进遗传模拟退火算法,并在Delphi环境下通过实验仿真验证了算法的有效性.
