小螺纹数控加工试验

     

摘要

In order to solve the problem of the thread in the processing,conducted a small screw machining test. Have adopted a gradual approach ,first cutting aluminum on better materials testing, experience and draw some conclusions, and then processing the material in the more difficult test 1Cr18Ni9Ti on. By M2 ,M2. 5 ,M1. 6 thread machining of small tests to determine the way of a small screw machining,including cutting method determined the choice of tap. The course of the trial, through the continuous adjustment of cutting parameters ,processing of qualified small thread, draw some useful conclusions trial. The conclusions of the trial, the actual parts of the small screw machining serve as a guideline to solve the problem of small thread processing to provide a reference.%为了解决小螺纹在加工中的难题,进行了小螺纹数控加工试验.试验中采取循序渐进的方法,先在切削性能比较好的铝质材料上进行,得出一些经验和结论,再在比较难加工的材料1cr18Ni9Ti上进行.通过对M2、M2.5和M1.6小螺纹的数控加工试验,确定小螺纹切削加工的方式和丝锥的选择.在试验过程中,通过对切削参数的不断调整,加工出合格的小螺纹,从中得出一些有用的试验结论,对实际零件的小螺纹数控加工起到指导作用,为解决小螺纹加工这一难题提供了参考.
