内外拉杆预紧组合结构预紧力配置规律的研究

摘要

结合800MN巨型模锻压机的拉杆结构,对由拉杆组、C形板、十字键和夹紧梁构成的典型垂直串联结构,采用"过盈配合法"建立拉杆预紧力有限元模型,经分析得到合理的预紧力数值及其配置规律,满足结构强度和变形协调的要求.%A giant 800MN forging presses rod structure by the rod group,C-shaped plate,cross keypad,clamping beam consisting of a typical series of vertical structure, adopt the “ tight with the law” to establish preload rod model,the establishment of a limited meta-model to an analysis a reasonable size of the preload value of the law is extremely configured to meet the structural strength and deformation of the coordination requirements.
