基于ANSYS的连续式液压装载机底盘车架结构改进

     

摘要

为了解决连续式液压装载机构件体积大、下井不方便的问题,将传统的一体式底盘车架结构改进成分开式底盘车架,然后利用ANSYS软件对底盘和车架分别进行有限元分析,校核其结构强度和刚度,并进行二次改进及对比分析.结果表明:改进后的底盘车架满足结构强度和刚度要求,同时使装载机最大构件体积缩小了45%,有效地解决了下井不方便的问题.%In order to solve the problem that the continuous hydraulic loader is not convenience to go down the mine because of its large volume structure,a new method was put forward by improving the integral chassis frame into the separate chassis frame,then using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to check its strength and stiffness,to do the second improvement and the comparative analysis. The result showed: the improved chassis frame can satisfy the standard of strength and stiffness and solve the problem effectively by making the size of the chassis frame reducing by 45%.
