整体卡箍齿啮式快开结构优化设计

         

摘要

For the domestic lacking of research into integral hoop tooth-locked quick opening structure , ANSYS is used as the main working platform ,and 3D model of the structure is established .Based on the actual conditions ,the constraint and load are ef-fectively dealt with.Through finite element analysis,the stress distribution is obtained.To meet with the requirement of strength and fatigue performance , with minimum weight as the goal , the structure is optimized and its quality is optimally reduced of 16 .74%.%针对国内缺少对整体卡箍齿啮式快开结构研究的问题,以ANSYS软件为主要工作平台,建立整体卡箍齿啮式快开结构的三维模型,根据实际工况对其约束与载荷作了有效处理,通过有限元分析,得到整体卡箍齿啮式快开结构的应力分布规律。在满足强度及抗疲劳性能的前提下,以重量最轻为目标,对该结构进行优化,优化后质量减少了16.74%。
