摆线齿准双曲面齿轮模拟加工系统建模

     

摘要

The simulation machining system of epicycloidal hypoid gears was briefly introduced.The three-dimensional modeling of L-pinion modual about simulation machining system of epicycloidal hypoid gears was detailedly described based on AutoCAD2006 VBA,including gear blank entity and solid modeling of milling cutter.A L-pinion entity of ten-tooth was fabricated with AKM-852 milling machine of simulation machining system of epicycloidal hypoid gears.It could provide theoretical basis for optimization design and fabrication of epicycloidal hypoid gears.%简单介绍摆线齿准双曲面齿轮模拟加工系统,以左旋小齿轮模块为例,利用AutoCAD 2006的二次开发工具VBA对摆线齿准双曲面齿轮模拟加工系统三维建模过程进行详细阐述,主要包括齿轮坯实体的构建和铣齿刀盘实体建模.采用摆线齿准双曲面齿轮模拟加工系统中的AKM-852铣齿机加工出10齿左旋小齿轮实体,为摆线齿准双曲面齿轮的优化设计和加工奠定理论基础.
