挣值管理在PDM系统中的应用研究

摘要

As amanagement method for schedule,cost and quality control,Earned Value Management (EVM)has been widely used in foreign enterprises.Earned value algorithm is introduced into Product Data Management (PDM) software——Teamcenter,combining PDM' s advantage of possession of the product data source.According to the project objectives,resource assignments and assessment methods,the algorithm can automatically create EVM model,helping project managers to control project cost,schedule,and quality,reducing project risk,increasing implementation efficiency according to the project objectives,resource assignments and assessment methods.%挣值管理作为一种监控项目成本、进度以及质量的管理方法,已经在国外企业中得到广泛应用.结合产品数据管理(PDM)软件在项目管理中占有产品数据源的优势,提出在PDM软件Teamcenter中引入挣值算法.根据项目目标、资源指派,以及评估方法自动建立挣值模型.帮助项目管理者监督项目成本、进度和质量,降低项目风险,提高实施效率.
