基于声线方法的超声检测仿真软件开发

     

摘要

The experiment of ultrasonic testing by means of simulation has the advantages of low cost ,more efficient and conven-ient,and it can be used to do deep analysis on testing of special material and composition .The tools to develop ultrasonic simula-tion software were UG/Open API and Visual C++,several steps were set up to fulfill the simulation inside the framework of 3D CAD software ,which including modeling of work piece ,set up of the parameters and position of the testing probe etc .The strategy and implementation of ray tracing method was detailed discussed .Experiment was carried out by the software to simulate ultrason-ic testing using an angle beam probe and a normal probe .The results showed that propagation process of ultrasonic can be ex-plored direct perceptively ,which contribute to understand the coverage area of the testing ,and to set appropriate testing parame-ters and arrangement .%采用计算机仿真技术对超声检测过程进行模拟,试验成本低、有效快捷,可对特殊材料与特殊结构工件的超声检测难题进行深入分析。使用UG开放应用程序接口和VC++进行了超声检测仿真软件开发,在三维建模软件框架内分步完成相应的仿真功能,包括工件建模、探头参数设置和探头摆放等,详细介绍了声线跟踪策略及其实现。利用仿真软件UG,对使用斜探头、直探头的超声检测进行了模拟试验分析。结果表明,利用声线法可直观地看出超声检测的声线传播过程,对于了解检测的覆盖范围、确定检测参数和布置很有参考价值。
