高速线材打包机自动控制系统的设计及应用

摘要

Compactor is main equipment of high speed wire factory .To meet the control requirement of high speed wire production in steel plant,S7-300 PLC is selected as the kernel controller for the full automatic control of compactor .The designs of hardware , press trolley position control ,wire shelf movement control ,wire speed control and twist control of compactor automatic control sys -tem are developed.Production practice shows that the technical indicators of compactor control system (e.g.high precision con-trol and fast response ) completely meet the process requirements .And the system is reliable ,easy to used that improve the effi-ciency and reduce the cost of running and maintain .%打包机是高速线材厂的主要设备，为了满足钢铁厂高速线材生产线全自动打包工艺的控制要求，选用S7-300 PLC为核心控制器进行打包机全自动化控制。重点阐述打包机自动化控制系统的硬件设计、压实车位置控制、线道架运动控制、打包线速度控制和扭结控制。生产实践表明，该打包机控制系统的控制精度、响应速度等技术指标完全达到了工艺要求，运行可靠，操作简便，提高了工作效率，减少了运行和维护成本。
