CIMS环境下车间设施规划方案综合评价方法研究

摘要

分析了CIMS环境下影响车间设施规划方案评价的若干经济及非经济因素的定性与定量要素，建立了层次化的车间设施规划方案综合评价指标集及指标体系，给出了基于层次分析法（ AHP）的详细实现步骤。采用加权综合评价、多级模糊数学评价等多种评价方法，以曲轴零件生产车间设施规划为例，对其规划方案进行了验证。结果表明，该指标体系及其评价方法对车间设施规划提供了科学的评价方法和手段，对制造型企业实施高效率、低成本的设施规划提供了一定的参考依据。%Analyses the some qualitative and quantitative factors of influencing the evaluation for Workshop Facilities Layout Plan -ning (WFLP) in CIMS.These factors are economical or non-economical index.It builds evaluation index set and system of WFLP,gives the detailed step based on Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP) .It verifies the layout planning scheme by using many kinds of evaluation methods , such as weighted comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation :a case study of WFLP for manufacturing a crankshaft parts .The results show that the index system and evaluation methods provide scientific methods and means for WFLP and it is the references choice in offering high efficiency and low cost facilities layout for manufac -turing enterprises .
