电控自动变速器执行机构振动疲劳试验研究

             

摘要

通过试验场道路载荷谱的采集和室内道路模拟试验,再现了电控自动变速器(AMT)执行机构的实际振动状态并提取了道路模拟激励谱.利用UG三维软件和ADAMS多体动力学仿真软件建立了AMT执行机构刚柔耦合的虚拟振动试验平台.将期望响应信号与虚拟振动试验提取的载荷谱进行对比,并不断调校和修正模型的各参数,得到了具有一定精度的仿真模型.以获取的道路模拟激励谱作为激励源进行振动疲劳仿真试验,由此建立了一套新的AMT执行机构振动疲劳试验方法,为准确高效地评价AMT执行机构的疲劳可靠性提供了一套行之有效的手段和方法.%Through the collection of road load spectrum from test ground and the indoor road simulation test ,the precise simulated response spectrum was obtained ,and the vibration situation of the car was established .By using the UG software and multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS ,the virtual rigid-flexible coupled road simulation test platform is built with reference to the actual AMT actuator multi-axes road simulation test bench .The outcomes are verified by actual collected spectrum and road simu-lation test results .Simulation analysis is conducted with the achieved road simulation excitation as input ,thus the new virtual vi-bration test method for AMT actuator based on road simulation excitation spectrum is established , and effective approach and method for AMT actuator vibration fatigue reliability assessment are provided .
