基于485总线和ZigBee的滚焊机控制系统

         

摘要

The automatic complex shape tube steel skeleton seam welder is one of the main equipment for manufacturing reinforcing bar skeletons,and it has many motors and many inputs and outputs,which need controlling,and its motors include stepping motors and three phase asynchronous motors.Based on 485 bus and ZigBee wireless transmission technology develop a high reliability of the rolling machine control system that each execution of both institutions based on 485 bus is independent of the underlying controller,motion control function and I/O control functional separation.Use ZigBee wireless transmission technology to achieve the rolling main welding disk on the wireless control of the 48 motors,both to avoid the motor with rotating mechanism of wiring problems,but also to meet the basic demand of control system.It can control seam welder to weld steel skeleton automatically,show the process graphically,collect and display the relevant data,execute fault alarm.Experimental results indicate that the control system can run steadily and reliably,and the methods proposed in the system are practical and popular value.%异形管钢筋骨架自动变径滚焊机是生产钢筋骨架的主要设备之一,该设备中被控电动机的数量多、种类多,且I/O点数多,其控制系统结构复杂.基于485总线和ZigBee技术开发了一种高可靠性滚焊机控制系统,该系统中每个执行机构均有基于485总线的独立底层控制器,将运动控制功能和I/O点控制功能分离,同时利用ZigBee技术实现了对滚焊机主花盘上48台电动机的无线控制,既避免了电动机随着机构旋转而产生的接线缠绕问题,又满足了控制系统的功能需求.该系统实现了钢筋骨架全自动焊接、焊接参数的采集和显示、滚焊机运行过程的图形化显示以及故障报警等功能.实验结果表明,该控制系统运行稳定可靠,实时性好,具有很好的实用和推广价值.
