MasterCAM五轴加工典型编程策略应用及分析

         

摘要

探讨在应用MasterCAM软件进行五轴数控加工编程时如何根据不同的零件几何形状特征选择相应的编程策略,设置合理的刀轴矢量控制方式和刀具倾斜形式.分析多面体零件定向加工、曲面弯管加工和区域曲面加工等典型编程策略的特点和对应的刀轴矢量控制方法,以及MasterCAM五轴数控加工编程的机床结构种类参数设定方法.%Discusses how to select the appropriate programming strategy according to different geometry characteristics of the parts,and set up a reasonable tool axis vector control mode and the tools' tilt form in the application of MasterCAM five axis CNC machining programming.It also analyzes the typical characteristics of programming strategies such as directional machining of polyhedral parts,curved pipe bending machining and region surface machining,and introduces the method of setting parameters of machine tool structure with MasterCAM five axis CNC machining.
