我国电动机再制造发展现状分析

摘要

China is a large country in manufacturing and using electric motors.The power consumption of electric motors accounts for sixty percent of the whole society consumption and 75 percent of industrial consumption.A large number of electric motors face to scrap.Electric motor remanufacturing possesses wide market.It's analyzed the status of electric motor remanufacturing in China,reviewed the relevant policies.Then,electric motor remanufacturing process and requirements were described.The benefits of remanufacturing is discussed in the end.Results indicate that electric motor remanufacturing can save energy and material saving and reduce greenhouse gas emissions,is an important strategic choice for circular economy and sustainable development.%我国是电动机制造和使用大国,在我国电动机用电量占全社会总用电量的64％,占工业用电量的75％,且每年有大量电动机报废,电动机再制造拥有广阔的市场.分析了我国电动机再制造的发展现状及相关政策,介绍了电动机再制造过程及要求,讨论了电动机再制造效益.结论表明,电动机再制造具有节能、节材和减少温室气体排放的特点,是实现循环经济、可持续发展的重要战略选择.
