基于弧长法的卡车底盘屈曲载荷分析

         

摘要

The load critical point is an important factor in the fatigue failure of the truck chassis.Analyzes the critical buckling load of the truck chassis by the arc length method,and tests the two critical types of stainless steel instead of the conventional steel in the critical point of the truck chassis.Finite element software ABAQUS is used to analyze the stress critical point which may cause fatigue failure.The results obtained from the linear analysis of buckling show that the changing material of the chassis does not bring about a large change in the value of the critical load.The results after buckling show that a very small imperfect value results in a significant reduction in critical buckling loads.The experimental results show that the displacement of the pres-sure point and the magnitude of the stress are very important when the conventional steel is used in the chassis.The displacement of the pressure point and the magnitude of the stress may cause fatigue failure of the chassis and reduce the life of the chassis.%载荷临界点失效是导致卡车底盘疲劳失效的重要因素.采用弧长法对卡车底盘的关键屈曲载荷进行分析,并在卡车底盘的应力临界点用两种不锈钢代替常规钢进行测试研究.采用有限元软件ABAQUS对可能引起疲劳破坏的应力临界点进行分析.屈曲线性分析得到的结果表明:改变底盘材料并没有使临界载荷的数值产生较大变化.屈曲后的结果表明:较小的不完善的值导致临界屈曲载荷显著减少.临界屈曲载荷的减少在底盘中带来压力点,实验结果表明:当底盘材料为常规钢时,压力点的位移和应力的大小是至关重要的.压力点的位移和应力的大小可能会导致底盘的疲劳失效,并降低底盘的寿命.
