为获得笼型转子异步磁力耦合器(Asynchronous Magnetic Coupling,AMC)的电磁转矩特性,基于AMC运行机理建立其有限元模型并计算出其转矩仿真值;通过理论分析及试验验证,表明当AMC转速差恒定时,转矩随轴向位移的增加而减小;当轴向位移恒定时,转矩随着转速差的增加呈缓慢增长的趋势。%In order to obtain the characteristics of the electromagnetic torque of asynchronous magnetic coupling (AMC)in working,finite element model is established by Ansoft based on the operational mechanism of AMC and the value of the torque is calculated.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the results show that the torque decreases with the growth of axial displacement when the AMC rotational speed difference is constant,and the torque increases slowly with the growth of rotational speed difference when the axial displacement is constant.
