目的 评价川芎嗪注射液配合西医常规治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床疗效及对血气分析、血液流变学、血管紧张素Ⅱ、肺动脉压力的影响,探讨活血化瘀法能否成为辅助治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的有效方法.方法 随机将慢性肺源性心脏病患者60例分为对照组(予单纯西医治疗)和观察组(予川芎嗪注射液+西医治疗),治疗前后进行临床症状、体征评估和血气分析、血液流变学、血管紧张素Ⅱ、肺动脉压力检测.结果 观察组的总体疗效和气短、尿少、水肿症状改善均优于对照组(P均<0.05),2组血液流变学指标、血气分析、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平以及肺动脉压力比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05).结论 川芎嗪注射液配合西医常规治疗慢性肺源性心脏病疗效优于单纯西医治疗,为中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病提供了新的思路.%Objective It is to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Chuanxiongqin injection on chronic pulmonary heart disease as an adjunctive therapy and the influences on blood gas analysis, hemorheology , angiotensin Ⅱ and pulmonary arterial pressure, and to approach whether the method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis could be an effective adjunctive therapy for chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods Sixty patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty cases were in control group and treated with conventional therapy of western medicine only. Thirty cases were in observation group and treated with Chuanxiongqin injection and conventional therapy of western medicine. The clinical symptoms and signs in the two groups were ohserved, as well as the items such as blood gas analysis,hemorheology, angiotensin Ⅱ and pulmonary arterial pressure in the two groups were detected before and after treatment. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the curative effect and the symptom such as shortness of breath, oliguria and edema ( all P ＜ 0.05 ). Blood gas analysis , hemorheology , angiotensin Ⅱ and pulmonary arterial pressure in both the two groups were changed significantly ( all P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion The curative effect of conventional therapy of western medicine cooperated with Chuanxiongqin injection on chronic pulmonary heart disease is superior to conventional therapy of western medicine only, which affords a new way to treat chronic pulmonary heart disease using the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
