Objective It is to approach the method and need for estimation of the preanalytical measurement uncertainty in hlood routine test. Methods The model of repeat the experiment after 4 hours delay was designed to simulate the variation of factors in the preanalytical of daily routine test, the standard uncertainty components was calculated with the formula of pooled sample standard deviation. Results In the preanalytical measurement uncertainty component of hlood routine tests 16 projects, only leukocytes count and erythrocytes volume distrihution width of the two items could neglect. Conclusion The preanalytical measurement uncertainty components can not be ignored, should be noted. This way for estimating components of the preanalytical measurement uncertainty is simple, convenient, practical and feasible hy designed delayed duplicate detection model and using the pooled sample standard deviation.%目的 以血常规为例,探讨分析前测量不确定度评定方法及其必要性.方法 设计延迟4h重复检测模型,以模拟日常检验分析前变异因素,利用合并样本标准偏差公式计算标准不确定度分量.结果 血常规检验16个项目中仅有白细胞计数和红细胞体积宽度两项检验的分析前不确定度可以忽略.结论 分析前测量不确定度分量不可忽略,必须予以重视.建立延迟重复检测模型,利用合并样本标准偏差计算分析前测量不确定度评定方法简单、方便、切实可行.
