Objective It is to study the curative effect of Longze decoction on acute cerebral infarction and the influence of Longze decoction on blood lipid , hemorrheology and thromboxane system. Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into Longze decoction group and Xuesaitong dispersible tablet group. The curative effects of the two groups were respectively ohserved at 1 d. 7 d and 15 d after treatment. Results The total effective rate of Longze decoction group was 88％ and that of Xuesaitong dispersible tablet group was 73％ . There was significant difference between the two groups ( P ＜0. 01 ).In Longze decoction group after treatment, hemorrheology , blood lipid, hematocrit and platelet agglutination rate were significantly improved and prothrombin time and partial prothrombin time were extended and fibrinogen and blood platelet count were lowered. There were all very significant differences compared with those before treatment ( all P ＜0. 01 ). There were all significant differences between the two groups except blood platelet count ( all P ＜ 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference on blood platelet count between the two groups ( P ＞ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Longze decoction has the roles of subduing wind and dredging collaterals . removing blood stasis and anticoagulation and lowering blood lipid, and can lower hlood viscosity , inhihit platelet agglutination, extend prothrombin time and partial prothrombin time and promote the recovery of nerve function. Longze decoction is safe and effective on acute cerebral infarction.%目的 研究龙泽汤对急性脑梗死的疗效及对血脂、血液流变学、凝血系统的影响.方法 将急性脑梗死患者120例分为龙泽汤组、血塞通分散片组,分别在治疗1d、7d、15d观察疗效.结果 龙泽汤组总有效率88%,明显高于血塞通分散片组的73%(P<0.01);龙泽汤组治疗后血流变、血脂、红细胞压积、血小板凝集率等均有明显改善,凝血酶原时间、部分凝血酶原时间均延长,纤维蛋白原、血小板计数降低,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0 01),2组除血小板计数外的其他指标比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05).2组血小板计数比较无显著性差异(P>0 05).结论 龙泽汤具有熄风通络、化瘀抗凝、降低血脂作用,可降低血黏度、抑制血小板聚集,延长凝血酶原时间、部分凝血酶原时间,促进神经功能恢复,对治疗急性脑梗死安全有效.
