Objective It is to approach the influence of Longxuejie capsule on serum nitric oxide ( NO ) and tumor necrosis factor - a ( TNF - a ) of rats with craniocerebral injury. Methods Ninety-six rats were randomly divided into blank group, trauma model group, Longxuejie capsule group and nimodipine groups, 24 rats in each group. The models of craniocerebral injury were made in all groups excepted blank group. Physiological saline, physiological saline, Longxuejie capsule, nimodipine were irrigated stomach. The abdominal aortic blood samples were taken by puncture after 1,3,5 days, and to detect the levels of serum NO and TNF - a. Results There were significant differences in effect and time intervention main effects of serum NO and TNF - a in four groups ( all P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Longxuejie capsule can reduce the NO and TNF - a level in serum of rats with craniocerebral injury, and has protection for body after craniocerebral injury.%目的 探讨龙血竭胶囊对颅脑损伤大鼠一氧化氮(NO)水平及肿瘤坏死因子α (TNF -α)含量的影响.方法 将96只大鼠随机分为空白组、创伤模型组、龙血竭胶囊组和尼莫地平组,每组各24只,建立颅脑损伤动物模型,空白组给予假手术处理.空白组、创伤模型组均予生理盐水2 mL灌胃,龙血竭胶囊组予龙血竭胶囊水溶剂2 mL灌胃,尼莫地平组予尼莫地平水溶剂2 mL灌胃,分别于造模后第1,3,5 d腹主动脉穿刺取血留取标本,观察4组血清NO及TNF-α含量.结果 4组血清NO及TNF-α含量的时间主效应和干预主效应比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05).结论 龙血竭胶囊可降低颅脑损伤大鼠血清中NO及TNF-α含量,从而对颅脑损伤后机体起保护作用.
