清热抗毒煎剂治疗手足口病疗效观察

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Qingre Jiedu Lishi Chinese medicine on normal type of hand foot and mouth disease. Methods 113 cases of children with normal type of hand,foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into 2 groups,both of them were treated with water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamin,creatine phosphate sodium to pro-tect cardiac muscle,additionally,the control group with 60 cases were treated with Ribavirin,the treatment group were treated with QingreJiedu,Lishitouxie Chinese medicine Qingrekangdu decoction by oral administration. The changes of clinical symp-tom and sign,cardiac muscle enzyme and total effective rate in both groups were observed. Results The recovery time of body temperature,disappearing time of herpes or rash in treatment group were all shorter,the improvements of cardiac muscle en-zyme were better and the total effective rate was higher than those in control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Qingre Jiedu, Lishi Chinese medicine have good clinical effect on normal type of hand,foot and mouth disease,which can promote disappear of herpes or rash,relive pharyngalgia,and stop the development of the disease.%目的：观察清热解毒利湿中药治疗手足口病普通型患儿的临床疗效。方法将113例住院治疗的手足口病普通型患儿随机分为2组，均给予水溶及脂溶性维生素、磷酸肌酸钠针营养心肌治疗；对照组60例加用利巴韦林抗病毒治疗，治疗组53例给予清热解毒、利湿透邪中药清热抗毒煎剂口服。观察2组治疗前后临床症状、体征、心肌酶变化和总有效率。结果治疗组体温复常时间、疱疹和/或皮疹消退时间均短于对照组（P 均＜0.01），心肌酶改善情况优于对照组（P ＜0.01），总有效率高于对照组（ P ＜0.01）。结论清热解毒利湿方药治疗手足口病普通型临床疗效好，有促进疱疹和/或皮疹消退、减轻咽痛、缩短病程、阻止疾病进展等综合效应。
