目的 分析、总结《妇人大全良方》中治疗胎停育相关方药的用药特点,以期为临床治疗提供思路与参考依据.方法 筛选出《妇人大全良方》中58首治疗胎停育的方剂,共涉及101味中药,基于形式概念分析理论,建立形式背景,生成方药属性偏序结构图,客观、全面地展示方药配伍规律.结果 从上到下,从左到右观察结构图,由第一层与第二层可见出现频次较高的药物有当归、酒、阿胶、甘草、大枣、葱白、肉桂、牛膝、川芎、艾叶、熟地,反复出现的药物组合有当归与川芎,当归与熟地,阿胶与艾叶,当归、川芎与阿胶.结论 《妇人大全良方》中与胎停育相关证候的治疗方剂重视气血,选药以辛热温散为主,主要治法有以血为本,气血并治;温经通络,以行气血;补养脾胃,以生气血;下胎时注重通行血脉,以防留瘀.%Objective It is to analysis and summed up the characteristics of Chinese medicine treatment of ovum blighted in the "Furen Daquan Liang Fang"in order to provide ideas and reference for the clinical treatment. Methods 58 Chinese medi-cine prescriptions for ovum blighted were collected from "Furen Daquan Liang Fang",involved 101 Chinese herbs. Then, generating a partial-order attribute diagram based on formal concept analysis(FCA)in order to present the specific character and to explain properties of partial order structure graph from structural partial-ordered attribute diagram,which was systemat-ic,objective and comprehensive. Results From top to bottom,from left to right to observe the structure diagram of prescrip-tions,by the first layer and the second layer a higher frequency of drugs were found respectively,which were Danggui,Wine, Ejiao,Gancao,Dazao,Congbai,Rougui,Niuxi,Chuanxiong,Aiye,Shudi,and 4 repeated drug combinations were found respec-tively,which were Danggui and Chuanxiong,Danggui and Shudi,Ejiao and Aiye,Danggui Chuanxiong and Ejiao. Conclu-sion In "Furen Daquan Liang Fang",the prescriptions pay attention to Qi and blood in the treatment of ovum blighted,mainly chooses herbs with divergence and warm. There are 4 main treatment methods:blood-based and regulated the movement of Qi and blood;pass network with a warm to circulate Qi and blood;raise spleen and stomach to produce Qi and blood;have an a-bortion with loosing of stimulate the menstrual flow to prevent producing stagnant blood.
