This dissertation raked the LiaoningCashmere Goat female lambs as the research object. First of all, number and quality of oocytes collecled by different colle tion method were compared;Secondly, studythe effect of repeationsuperovulation onnumb and quality of oocytes collected;And then, cleavage rate of TALP IVF system and SOF was co pared, to expect Creating in vitro embryo producton system. The results were showed th the number and used number of oocytes collected byovarian cortex and medulla were both si nificant higher than that of by ovarian cortex(P〈0.05). the number and used number of o cytes collected from repeation superovulation were both very significant lower than that of first superovulation(P〈0.01). Cleavage rate of SOF IVF system was significant higher than that of TALP(P〈0. 05).%本文以辽宁绒山羊母羔为研究对象,比较了COCs皮质采集与皮质髓质采集获得COCs数及可用COCs数,研究了重复超排对获得COCs数及可用COCs数的影响,比较了TALP与SOF受精体系卵裂率,以期建立胚胎体外生产技术体系。结果表明,卵巢皮质髓质采集的COCs数、可用卵母细胞数均显著高于采集卵巢皮质获得的COCs(P〈0.05);重复超排获得的COCs量、可用COCs数量均极显著低于首次超排母羔(P〈0.01);SOF受精体系卵裂率显著高于TALP(P〈0.05)。
