脊柱手术并发脊髓不完全损伤10例临床分析

摘要

Objective: To make a retrospective analysis about 10 cases of spinal surgery complicated with incomplete spinal injury and the therapy and prognosis.Methods:10 cases of spinal surgery complicated with incomplete spinal injury in our hospital was admitted for the study, all of who showed incomplete spinal injury after the surgery.They were given the methylprednisolone therapy and limb function exercise.A comparison about the JOA scores and ASIA grade before and within 3months after the surgery was made. Results: There was no statistical difference between the JOA scores before the surgery and that within 3 months after the surgery(P>0.05),and ASIA grade of spinal cord function in 3 months made an improvement,which returned to or got close to the scores before the surgery.It showed that the incomplete spinal injury would recover with the help of postoperative treatment and function exercise.Conclusions: Spinal surgery complicated with incomplete spinal injury to a lesser extent would get a better recovery of spinal cord function with the in-time treatment and function exercise.%目的：对脊柱手术并发脊髓不完全损伤患者资料进行回顾，分析其临床治疗和预后。方法：以本院脊柱手术后并发不完全损伤10例患者为研究对象，患者手术后均有脊髓不完全损伤的临床表现，给予甲基强的松龙冲击治疗，并加以肢体功能锻炼，术前和术后3个月进行JOA评分和ASIA等级比较。结果：10例患者术前与术后3个月的JOA评分无统计学差异（P>0.05），术后患者ASIA评分低于术前，治疗恢复3个月后脊髓功能的ASIA分级有所改善，恢复至术前或接近术前。结论：脊柱手术并发脊髓不完全损伤程度较轻，经及时的术后治疗和功能锻炼脊髓功能可得到较好恢复。
