目的：研究医用中心供氧保障系统安全技术管理在不同级别医院中现状，存在问题及解决方案。方法：2012年3月至2013年3月，对我市各级医院进行抽样调查，现场调查医用中心供氧保障系统安全技术，利用问卷调查对患者满意率、系统维护合格率及规范化管理合格率进行调查。结果：各级医院在系统安全配置、工艺等方面指标均达标，系统维护合格率及规范化管理合格率两项指标三级甲等医院明显高于三级乙等及二甲以下医院，差异具有统计学意义。结论：医用中心供氧保障系统在患者救治及康复过程中起着重要作用，各级医院应进一步规范管理，尤其应加强对医用中心供氧保障系统的日常维护。%Objective:To explore the central oxygen supply system security for medical technology management at different levels of the hospital situation, problems and solutions. Methods:March 2012 to March 2013, the city conducted a sample survey various hospitals, medical centers Scene Investigation oxygen system security technology that uses the patient satisfaction survey, system maintenance pass rate and passing rate for standardized management investigation. Results:The levels of hospitals in the system security conifguration, technology and other aspects of compliance indicators, system maintenance pass rate and standardized management indicators yield two hospitals of signiifcantly higher than the three B and dimethyl following hospitals, the difference is statistically significance. Conclusion:Medical Center security system in the patient’s oxygen treatment and rehabilitation process plays a very important role in all levels of hospitals should further standardize the management, in particular, should strengthen the protection of medical central oxygen supply system for routine maintenance.
