新常态下加强医院党建工作的思考与探索

摘要

To firm grass-roots Party Construction , the Party members , cadres groups , talent teams construction was set as the focus of hospital Party Committee by The First People′s Hospital of YiChang , China Three Gorges University .All the work was due to the new situation of the reform and development of health care , combined with reality , and the theme of scientific development and medical service was highlighted .At the same time, a sustainable health development and core val-ues with hospital characteristics was achieved by effective approach and methods .The grass-root party organizations was en-hanced during that hospital culture construction .%三峡大学人民医院党委根据医疗卫生改革与发展的新形势，结合医院的实际，围绕医疗业务中心、突出医院科学发展主题，把党员队伍、干部队伍、人才队伍建设作为医院党的工作的重点，扎实做好基层党建工作。同时，积极探索基层党组织发挥作用的有效途径和方式，并通过加强医院文化建设，形成了具有医院特色的核心价值观，促进了医院健康可持续发展。
