基于ARM的测井数据采集装置硬件电路设计

         

摘要

三侧向测井作为解决高矿化度泥浆和高阻薄层的测井问题的有效方法,其测井仪器得到广泛应用.但是不同厂家不同型号的探管和地面采集装置不能互换使用,为了节约成本和提高工作效率,设计了一种数据采集装置,该装置采用以ARM为核心的32位微控制器,利用CPLD实现曼彻斯特编解码,具有RS 485,USB,CAN,蓝牙等多种总线接口方式,从而便捷高速地与计算机进行通信,同时配有键盘和液晶显示以及闪速存储器.经过测试证明,该测井系统数据采集装置工作稳定,性能良好,故障率低,能实现对不同型号探管不同形式信号的采集.%Three lateral well logging is an effective way to solve the problem of the high salinity mud logging and the logging of thin resistive layer, so the well logging tools are widely used in the oil fields. The probes and the surface data collection devices produced by different manufacturers can not be used interchangeably. To save costs and improve the working efficiency, a data acquisition device is designed with various bus interfaces of RS485, USB, CAN, and bluetooth, which uses 32-bit microcontroller with ARM as the core and utilizes CPLD to achieve Manchester encoding and decoding. Thus the device can communicate with the computer conveniently and quickly. The device has a keyboard, LCD and flash memory. The debugging and test results show that the device has the advantages of operation stability, good performance and low failure rate, which can acquire signals formed by different types of probes.
