Ka频段准TE011模输入多工器设计与仿真

         

摘要

Abstrate:A channel filter of quasi TE011 mode IMUX was designed by using a modified rectangular cavity with edge chamfered,which can efficiently separate its degenerate TM111 mode. U⁃shaped aperture and planar layout are used,which can conveniently realize 10⁃4⁃4 filter function to obtain high out⁃of⁃band rejection,small in⁃band insertion loss and group delay varia⁃tion. U⁃shaped aperture is simulated with three⁃dimensional electromagnetic field simulation software HFSS. The influence of structural parameters on the coupling coefficence is discussed. With the help of extraction technology of multi⁃port Y parameter, the channel filter with high performance was obtained.%  采用方腔圆角结构,设计了一种准TE011模输入多工器的通道滤波器,可以有效分离其简并模式TM111模。“负”耦合结构采用U形孔,并且采用了平面布局结构,方便地实现10⁃4⁃4滤波函数,以获得高的带外抑制和小的带内插损和群时延波动。利用三维电磁场仿真软件HFSS对U形孔进行仿真,讨论了部分结构参数对耦合系数的影响。最后借助多端口Y参数提取技术优化得到性能良好的通道滤波器。
