基于TMS320DM642的红外监控系统设计与实现

             

摘要

Infrared monitoring system with the superiorities of running in any visible environment and working around the clock is gradually becoming one of the most important development directions of the security monitoring industry. The embedded processing platform designed in this paper takes TMS320DM642 as the core. FLIR thermal imager is used as its infrared video source. The infrared images are compressed with H.264 coding technology after being processed by TVP5150 decoding(chip. The data is transmitted to PC of client via Ethernet. The IR images are resumed timely by the client decoder developed based on Vi-sual C++ platform. The whole system works stably. Its image reduction has high quality. Its average transfer rate is 0.087 MB/s and image compression rateis 7:1, which meet the design requirements of the infrared monitoring system.%红外监控系统以其不受可视环境影响、24 h不间断工作等诸多优势逐渐成为安防监控领域的重要发展方向之一.在此设计的嵌入式处理平台以TMS320DM642为核心,红外视频源采用FLIR热成像仪,红外图像经TVP5150解码芯片处理后进行H.264编码压缩,数据通过以太网传输至客户端PC机,基于Visual C++平台开发的客户端解码器进行解码及图像增强后实时还原红外图像,系统工作稳定、图像还原质量高,以太网的平均传输率为0.087 MB/s,图像压缩率约为7∶1,达到了系统设计要求.
