基于C8051F020单片机的实时测控装置设计

             

摘要

In order to achieve the real-time requirements of certain type electronic equipment developed for time sequence control and multi-channel data acquisition, a real-time test and control device based on C8051F020 MCU was designed. Multi-MCU system is used to achieve real-time acquisition of multiple analog and digital mixed signals, complete complex time se-quence control, and output various control signals accurately. The collected data is analyzed and calculated comprehensively. The hardware logic judging circuit is adopted to determine the priority of the calculation results from MCU and reference signals from sensor, and then the trigger signal needed by the system is output. The multi-MCU and functional modules are used in the device to build a data acquisition and control system with MIMO, achieve multi-computer serial communication by RS 485 proto-col , and complete the intended functions of the system.%为了实现某型电子装备研制中对于时序控制和多路数据采集的实时性要求,设计了一种基于C8051F020单片机的实时测控装置.采用多单片机系统实现了多路模数混合信号的实时采集,完成复杂的时序控制,准确地输出各种控制信号.将采集的数据进行综合分析计算,利用硬件逻辑判决电路对单片机的计算结果和传感器的参考信号进行优先级判断,最终输出系统所需的触发信号.该装置采用多个单片机和功能模块,构建了多数入多输出的数据采集和控制系统,利用RS 485协议实现多机串行通信,完成了系统预定功能.
